• ออกฤทธิ์กว้างต่อแบคทีเรียทั้งแกรมบวกและแกรมลบ

• มีประสิทธิภาพต่อเชื้อราและยีสต์

• ออกฤทธิ์รวดเร็วและคงประสิทธิภาพได้ดี

• เสถียรในช่วง pH 1–11

• ฟองต่ำ (Low Foaming)

• ทนความร้อนและไม่ระเหยง่าย

• ใช้ร่วมกับ Nonionic Surfactants ได้ดี

• มีโอกาสเกิดการดื้อยาของจุลินทรีย์ต่ำเมื่อเทียบกับสารฆ่าเชื้อบางชนิด
